FIFPRO Statement: St Kitts and Nevis

FIFPRO is representing the St Kitts and Nevis women’s national team over basic deficiencies relating to safe and fair working conditions.

We have written to the St Kitts and Nevis Football Association (SKNFA) requesting structured dialogue to immediately resolve the following failings:

• the absence of medical staff during national team duty;
• the late arrangement of travel for the national team;
• the improper preparation for matches of the national team.

We respectfully request that the SKNFA recognises the right of women's national team players to organise as a collective to improve their working conditions

These issues should and must be resolved transparently at the earliest possible opportunity, without underhand pressure tactics like excluding players from the national team.
