During its meeting on 27 June 2009 the General Assembly of the Polish Football Association has established a Polish Dispute Resolution Chamber, that meets most of the criteria set out in FIFA NDRC Standard Regulations.

The Polish NDRC will be presided by a chairman and three vice-chairmen, moreover the clubs and the players will be represented by six members each.

Marek Pieta, president of the Polish players’ union PZP: ‘It is with no doubt a result of our joint long-lasting efforts. It is extremely important in our Polish circumstances, that the National DRC will deal with both labour and civil law contracts, since most players in Poland still have contracts of both kinds.’

Pieta: ‘We would like to thank FIFPro for all efforts made in order to establish NDRC in Poland. Our joint undertakings eventually turned out effective.’
