The 2016 FIFPro Global Employment Report is the most comprehensive and far-reaching survey of its kind, analysing the labour conditions of professional players in the world’s most popular team sport.

It is the first edition of a research series which will be repeated every few years. It provides a comprehensive and holistic understanding of the global football employment market, from the top leagues to the base of the professional pyramid.
