Joachim Walltin to Become Division Europe General Secretary

Joachim Walltin said, "I am very motivated to take up this challenging position, and use my many years of experience from the FIFPRO Europe board and leading NISO. I am really looking forward to working closer with colleagues in FIFPRO and providing support to our European members."

Bobby Barnes, President of FIFPRO Division Europe, said: “Joachim has shown himself to be extremely competent both in his work in Norway with NISO, and on the FIFPRO Division Europe board, and I strongly believe he will be a valuable asset to the division on a full-time basis.”

Jonas Baer-Hoffmann, FIFPRO General Secretary, said “Joachim is a highly experienced and skillful union leader. Having him on board from the head office in Amsterdam will allow us to make sure FIFPRO and Division Europe are coordinated to achieve the best for players.”
