Social Responsibility

FIFPro aims to highlight the role that professional footballers play, and can play, in the lives of ordinary people. Over the next years FIFPro is committed to raising the profile and awareness of the extensive work that professional players and their associations do throughout the world in promoting good causes.

In particular, FIFPro will involve itself in areas such as discrimination issues, child poverty and social inclusion - underlining its commitment to make a difference in society. As a worldwide organisation FIFPro will continue to be proactive in promoting its own initiatives and help its members to develop their own strategies. FIFPro's objectives are to:

  • Share good practice amongst its members
  • Work with FIFA and other confederations to establish where mutual interest exists and can be jointly developed
  • Look for potential global partners to assist in our campaigns

Homeless World Cup and FIFPRO

FIFPro currently has a partnership with the Homeless World Cup, a social enterprise which aims to help troubled people find their way back into society using a grassroots football program
