FIFPro Division Africa signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the African football federation, CAF. 'This is unquestionably our Division's finest day!', declared secretary general Stéphane Burchkalter.

Stéphane Burchkalter, secretary general of FIFPro Division Africa, accepted the invitation of the footballers' association of DR Congo and visited the players of TP Mazembe, the runners-up of the 2010 FIFA Club World Cup.

The 2011 FIFPro general assembly will be held in Tel Aviv, Israel, on 1, 2 and 3 November. ‘We will make it the best congress ever’, said Theo van Seggelen, secretary general of FIFPro.
