Spanish union supports charity game Champions for Africa
Frédéric Kanouté and Sergio Ramos are two of the big names that will appear in the second edition of the charity game for the Champions for Africa, that will be played on Tuesday December 22nd in the Bernabéu stadium in Madrid.

Philippe Piat is appointed as vice-president of FIFPro. The Frenchman is also re-elected as president of the Division Europe during the general assembly in Budapest.

FIFPro likes to express its deepest sympathy to family and friends of Robert Enke. The World Players’ Union regrets the death of the goalkeeper and hopes that the football world learns from the suicide of the 32-year old player.

Germany shocked by death of national keeper Enke
Robert Enke is dead. The German goalkeeper appears to have committed suicide on Tuesday 10 November. The 32- year old was keeper of Hannover 96 and the German national team.

Van Seggelen welcomes positive signs during visit to Bulgaria
FIFPro’s secretary general Theo van Seggelen was on a two day visit in Bulgaria at the invitation of the Association of Bulgarian footballers ABF, the country’s players’ union.
